Sleep in Heavenly Peace Stevie

I'm trying to get Stevie used to sleeping on his back but he doesn't like it much. Sleeping on his side is something we both can agree on.  I'm reduced to compromising with a 2 month old.

And here we are at the Aces Game again with Dad's employees. Stevie was a hit.  He's so adorable now all Steve's agents want to have another baby.

Dad likes to close his eyes for pictures so here's another one.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!! The three most important men in my life. Little Stevie, Steve and Grandaddy Mudd.

I let Stevie get some attention from some of his cousins on the Mudd side. They had fun but he likes his space.

Here we are at Carson Valley Days. Dad is about to show off his athletic skills in a heated game of dodge ball with his goofy friends. Little Stevie has some big shoes to fill.

So everyone knows I'm terrible at gardening. So it's ironic that I thought this was a weed. I almost plucked it about 2 weeks ago but it had really interesting buds on it. This morning it bloomed; a red poppy.  It's the prettiest thing in my garden right now.

We've had a busy few weeks

Stevie Goes to the Ball Park! And he totally loved it.  Well, I guess he's going to be a pro ballplayer one day.  No way around it.

Lori made a blanket with rabbits in two weeks. I think it would have been more apropos if I spent the last six months making one with tortoises.        Born Easter Sunday, April 8th, 2012. Weighing in at an impressive 6 lbs, 1oz not to mention an intimidating 18 inches in length.  Eat your heart out ladies, I had him all natural (if you don't count the epidural).

Midsummer 2009: We Got Married

We were married on a beautiful day in July. I can't believe it's almost been three years. It's sped by and we've been having lots of fun. But really we've been biding our time and suddenly...........

So Steve and I don't have any pictures of us when we were dating or engaged.  I think it's because it was such a short period of time. If anyone wants to email me some that would be great. : ) Terrible first posting but I'm getting warmed up!
